Unlike many other investment schemes, land is a tangible asset. The historic value of land has outperformed many traditional forms of investment. The returns offered by most investment vehicles rely heavily upon world events adding to their risk levels. Our focus is on acquiring land in the South East of England, and sites where part or whole presales/let opportunities can be guaranteed.

We are looking for property investors where we are able to offer our investing partners access to our market and property expertise while providing us with alternative financing arrangements.
