Geographically we principally look to develop speculatively in locations from Birmingham in the North and Bristol in the West, but essentially our main focus is on the Home Counties. However for bespoke development for specific end users, we cover the entire UK.

We consider all sectors for industrial/warehouse, office, retail and mixed-use purposes, and most usually brown field sites requiring new redevelopment or existing property requiring refurbishment. Typical site sizes are from 1 acre upwards or a minimum site purchase of £1million.
